Can We Talk?

I have a few questions for you on this bright and early Monday morning. Don't worry; it's nothing too taxing. Pick one or more and answer them in the comments. You know you don't want to start that project yet anyway, so take a few minutes to play along with me before plunging into your work week.

1.  Which social media platform do you prefer? Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat?

2.  If you could only have dessert once this week, would you eat it on Monday because you need something to help you kickstart the day, or would you savor the thought all week and hold off until Saturday to reward yourself?

3.  Did you ever believe in the Easter bunny? (Bonus question:  WHY?)

4.  When it comes to cooking, what's your go-to never-fail meal?

5.  If you could have one super power, what would it be?

6.  What's the last frivolous thing you spent money on? Was it worth it?

7.  What's your favorite season of the year?

8.  What's your favorite way to eat chocolate? (i.e.:  hot chocolate, candy bar, cake, etc.)

9.  On a scale of one to ten, how OCD are you? (For instance, does it bug you that I'm stopping with question number nine instead of going on to ten?)

Thanks for playing! It helps us all start our Monday with a laugh.

  2. 1. I’m a Facebook/Instagram person. 2. This would depend on my stress level for that particular week, but I would prefer to saver the thought and eat it on Saturday. 3. I guess I did (growing up in a lost home), but it was never like the anticipation of the fat man in the red suit. I was told the Easter a Bunny gave us a basket and hid eggs. I got candy, so why question it? 4. Pasta. 5. To never have to sleep. 6. Jamberry nail wraps and yes! 7. I love Fall. 8. Lava cakes are my favorite, so melted rich chocolate. 9. Enough that I had to answer all the questions and even go back and make sure I answered the bonus “why” question!

    1. Love your answer to the Easter Bunny. It’s so true: if you’re getting candy, why question it?

  4. My never fail meal is stuffed peppers and my super power would be the Mary Poppins snap. If I could snap and my house would be clean, I'd be thrilled!

  5. Cheesy chicken and rice and chicken tacos, are two that we love around here! Chocolate is acceptable in any way, shape or form. Unless it's with peanut butter. Then it's just wasteful😊

    2. That question was asked because last night I needed chocolate in order to finish the blog post and the only chocolate we had was hot chocolate. πŸ˜€

  6. 1. Facebook...probably because I’m old.
    2. Thursday night desserts are the best cause it’s the end of my week and I deserve a treat!
    3. Yes, I believed in the Easter bunny because my parents played the whole thing out. When I figured it out though, there was no major damage. I was like “oh, ok”. Lol
    4. Spaghetti never fails, even if u make it different from one time to the next...cause nobody knows!
    5. Mind control would be my super power...for obvious reasons.
    6. 31 bags, and they were TOTALLY worth it!
    7. Summer is the best season. Warm air, warm water, warm warm warm!!! I live in the wrong state to despise snow as much as I do.
    8. Eating chocolate in any form works for me!
    9. I’d rate myself at 7 on the ocd’ometer. My husband might disagree but whatever. I can control myself but internally, I might be struggling with the fact u didn’t throw away that empty open envelope that u tore open in an unreasonably messy way!
